New Vertical Carousels / Vertical Lift Systems
Forward microsystems supply new Rotostore carousels or shuttle systems for optimum space management. We carry out a site survey initially to determine what carousel is suitable for your parts. Consolidate your current storage from static racks into high density, space efficient, storage systems for small to medium parts.
Carousel removal or relocation
Remove and relocate your storage equipment to any part of the country or dismantle and remove your carousel if you no longer require your carousel. We can also offer to purchase your redundant machine and give it a new home.
Our stock of Carousels machines are always changing. Please provide the type of parts that need storage and the height of the warehouse and we can then provide a number of options after a site survey with more questions. Up to 80% of floor space can be save with the advantage of utilising the height of your warehouse. Parts therefore remain dust free and is a secure form of storage with parts retrieved at an ergonomic height.
Vertical Lift (VLM) / Shuttle Systems
We can also supply Vertical lift Modules or shuttles that uses an elevator to extract trays from the back and front of the machine. We have a number of Kardex shuttles in stock so please enquire for further information. We can recommend the best system that meet your storage requirements.
